Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way, allowing you to follow its journey to your home.
Our Returns & Exchanges Promise
Your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every item you choose from our collections. If something isn’t quite right, our straightforward policy is designed to make things easy for you.
Returns Period: We offer a 15-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Await Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and detailed instructions.
- Pack Securely: Please repack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and documentation included. Write the Returns Authorisation Number clearly on the outside of the box.

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused, and unassembled condition with no signs of damage or alteration.
- In the original packaging with all protective materials intact.
- Received by our returns centre within the 15-day return period.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or defective:
- Bath Mats
- Bathroom Accessories (including All bathroom accessories)
- Bathroom Bins
The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product:
- Follow the standard returns process outlined above.
- Clearly state in your email that you wish to make an exchange and specify the replacement item you desire.
- Once we receive and process your return, we will ship your new item.
- Any difference in price will be refunded to you or charged accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Provide your order number and photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
