- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Include the returns authorisation number clearly on the outside of the package

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for return, items must be:
